Day 14: Travel day and visit to Trinity

We left Twillingate today to make our way towards St. John's to vist our friend Patrick.  A brief side trip was made en route to stop at the town of Trinity.  The town which is a living historical site dates all the way back to the 1500's and was founded by the Portuguese who came here to fish.  Although the town has much to offer we could only spend a few hours here before heading onward.  Below are some shots of the town that will give you an idea of what we saw.
